New Tallest Man On Earth + Fossil Collective
Another gloomy Tuesday here in Portland, but we have the recipe for such a day with some brand new music by The Tallest Man On Earth. There's No Leaving Now is the third full length album from TMOE and is another great one from the Swede. His voice is something totally out of this world, and of course the guitar picking is refreshing and fun to sway back and forth to. It's just a great album to listen to and you can do so by going here or below. I recommend the single "1904" and also "Wind And Walls."
Fossil Collective is a band from Britain that follows the same vein as TMOE. Their new release is an EP called Let It Go. Filled with great songwriting and vocal harmonies, Fossil Collective bring out a melancholy, yet optimistic sound with their music. They have several different instruments making cameos in different tracks. Like a flute in the first track "Let It Go" and a slide guitar in the closing track "Everything But You Was Facing North." Really great stuff from Fossil Collective, you can check out the EP here and listen to the title track below.
