Charts + Stay Calm

Hey everyone last week was a little bit of a vacation for me, but now I'm back and ready for even more music. Let's start it off with some local Portland bands that I've been really digging these last few weeks. First we got Charts. Their latest EP recording is called Tease, and it's really great for these long, hot summer days. Super lo-fi garage surf rock 'n' pop. You should definitely give it a listen to it below and download it for free here! If you don't get hooked on the first song try "How Did You Get So Mean."

Next up is some new music from Stay Calm. One of my favorite bands to see live here. Their new singles sound a little more pop-y than their on-stage presence. I am loving these two new songs. Super chill indie pop 'n' roll with groovy beats and easy breezy vocals that make you want to bob and sway back and forth. Check out both songs below and be sure to catch them at MFNW.

We have a great month ahead of us here at Killing Sasquatch. Pure Bathing Culture's show tonight at Mississippi Studios, some more brand new music from Delicate Steve, Fang Island, and Jeff The Brotherhood, and two other shows later this week including Young Magic. So stayed tune for more great music.
